Series editors of the Pediatric Self-Assessment Program (PedSAP) have commended Kathryn Marwitz, assistant professor of pharmaceutical sciences, for her outstanding contribution to the home-study series for pediatric pharmacy specialists.
The editors thanked Marwitz on behalf of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy and pediatric pharmacy specialists who use PedSap.

Professor Jennifer Cheek, instructor of criminology and sociology, has successfully defended her dissertation, “Antitrafficking Efforts in the United States: an examination of the antitrafficking social movement,” and will be awarded her Ph.D. in sociology from Mississippi State University.  Now in her second year at Manchester, Cheek teaches Manchester's criminology courses and advises a new student organization for the criminology program.

Sarah Gordon, associate professor of pharmacy practice (internal medicine) and interprofessional education coordinator, was named the Indiana Pharmacy Teaching Certificate mentor of the year. Post-graduate participants work closely with a teaching mentor throughout the year-long program. Sarah was nominated by Parkview Regional Medical Center Postgraduate Year 1 resident and alumnus Zach Brown ’21 and selected by a group of peer faculty.
